It is a metal alloy that mainly consist of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper. Zamak is founded by The New Jersey Zinc Company in 1920’s, it’s name consist of Zinc, Aluminum, Magnesium, and Kupfer (copper-German). It is highly solid, resistant to break off, stretch and tensile alloy. Various button, fastener and accessories can be produced while implementing various covering (galvano) and painting techniques with injection machines (while making moulds) and moulding systems.
